I HAVE SENT INNUMERABLE MAILS TO THIS OFFICE OF OMBUDSPERSON, BUT I AM SHOCKED TO NOTICE THAT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. IT IS HIGHLY SHOCKING TO EXPERIENCE THIS SORT OF SERVICES FROM A COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE NUMBER ONE IN TELECOM SECTOR IN INDIA, AND IS NOW PLANNING TO OFFER SERVICES AT THE GLOBAL LEVEL. I DONT CARE WHAT YOU DO AT THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL, BUT IN INDIA, I EXPECT YOUR OFFICE TO ANSWER TO THE PROBLEMS FACED BY THE CUSTOMER. I WONDER, WHY SUCH COMPANY's ARE NOT PULLED UP TO THE COURTS AND OTHER COMPETENT AUTHORITIES.

What happened? You didn't revert the other day. What prompted u to go slow??
May be Airtel does not like my complexion...
Or else, in these cut throat competition, when every provider is grasping to pull customers to its fold, and especially Airtel, in Gujarat..
Let me know, whether I have to wait or else need to rethink on Airtel..
