These people feel that all the customers are fools!

I have requested for a contract transfer on last week and the official at koramangala outlet told me that transfer will be done with 72 working hours and collected all the documents needed.

Now when i call the customer care

1) one said there are no documents received on this regard.

2) the next said we would do the transfer by 17th.

3) the next said they will contact me on 17th and say that they didn't receive any documents on this regard

Do these people feel that all the customers are fools and we go begging behind them as we dont have an alternate service providers.
