Change of Broadband Plan

Sir, Our phone number is 08455-240154 (Patancheru Exchange, Medak Telecom District of Andhra Pradesh, India). I had been asking for change of broadband plan from 500 to 250 since couple of months. To this effect several written requests were sent to BSNL. I had also posted my feedbacks in their portal but there was no courtesy response from them besides action.
