Phone dead along with internet services

Dear

Sir,

This is to inform you that my telephone has not been working since last 10 days. I have given the compliant through customer service number on 27/2 vide compliant reference No.1005349151. In the meantime I have complained personally to the BSNL area office also. Internet services are also dead due to this and life is getting affected very badly as now a days childrens are studying online. Regret to say that till writing of this letter nobody has attended this complaint.

Presently my above telephone is in a dead condition alongwith internet services
