Dear Sir,

I have been facing problem due to my bsnl landline and broadband since last 3 days. There is problem in link stability on my connection. I complained yesterday in SDO's office (Mr. Atma Yadav), and through telephone too but no customer care executives is recieving d call. Mr. Yadav (SDO) told me that the problem eill be solved today.but no action is taken from those till now.
