Non payments of Airtel postpaid mobile-9898032615

Dear Sir

I have postpaid connection from Airtel mobile No.9898032615. Bill amount of Rs.556/- paid by cheque was kept in dropbox at Prayosh Chambers L.G.Corner, Maninagar. Axis bank cheque No.948344 dtd.03-11-09 was cleared on 5th Nov.

I started getting massages & call reminder for making payment I gave the caller detail of payment made by me. I was away from Ahmedabad to Mundra for Important assignment from 16 to 24Nov`09.on 25 Nov`09 I have send a mail to [email protected] with attached cyber receipt of Axis bank but till date my case remains unresolved.

I was surprised to receive Bill including previous month amount & late fees for Rs.1004.91.instead of sending appology they are charging fine. For last few weeks I was getting call atleast four times a day from different caller and I have to tell them all the same story to each one of them. I have undergone tremendous amount of mental stress and harrashment during these period.

for this I need to have explaination & appropriate compansation
