Telephone Dead

Landline Telephone (033-2472-0275&Station Road, Dhakuria, Kolkata-700031) dead frequently e.g on 09/02, 13/02, 15/02, 28/02, 10/03,

19/03, 15/04, 22/04, 24/04 and in all cases complain made & dockets received.

On follow ups the faults are repaired within 48 hrs but the line continues to get dead as is evident from the dates above.

No appeal to the concerned officer makes any different.
