Fraud done by Bharti Airtel deale

In mid of august i purchased a lifetime prepaid sim of Bharti Airtel from an authorized dealer of Bharti Airtel of mathura, but the dealer sold us a life time prepaid sim which was already activated (about 2 months earlier) and that was issued on the name of any other person.the dealer didn't tell us about that, and now my incoming call facilities are closed due to the fake address given by that person. What is my fault here? And i am not getting any solution from Bharti Airtel. Someone suggest.
