Failure to get ping connection

Espected sir,

since six years, I'm using the services of infotelconnect (landline and internet). Now, my wife applied for a ping connection. She provided the photo id and the photograph, and deposited Rs 150 in the connect office at sector 8 panchkula, haryana. it's been ten days and they have failed to provide the connection.

it's an obvious thing that the residence address is same. my wife has the electricity bill on her name with the same residence address. but they are asking for my photo id and photograph. i am working in defence services at Srinagar. and hence it is not possible for me to provide the photo id. My wife went to their office at sector 8 and inquired if she could get the connection. They told that they'll call and inform her about the connection. then' inspite of calling at their office, they didn't give an answer to my wife's phone call., later on they just gave her lame excuses for being unable to pick the phone and gave a retort reply that they will reimburse the money as soon as possible.
