Terrible service!

I am from madurai. I renewed my Rs 375/- GPRS facility 2 days before the due date, but they deactivated the service without extending further and after several phone calls to my dealer today i got the Airtel Live facility activated but not able to download emai messages or visit other websites through my laptop. the mobile office is not activated. Support center people are all useless fellows. They don't even reply correctly and shut down their phone while i talking. This is not a good sign for a company like airtel. If they follow these footsteps soon they need to shut down their company. Useless company.
