Non - Receipt of Gift

I have taken a postpaid connection from Vodafone, on which i have got an offer that when i pay my first bill I will get a gift voucher and i have to select any one from the four items selected, i did select Reebok Wrist Watch and had send the voucher to Chandigarh by courier to Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt. Ltd. Well, I received the voucher from Vodafone, i duly filled it and sent it to IIEPL, Chandigarh and it's more then 15 days, but i have not yet received my gift. Kindly look into the matter and help me get justice, I have been misled both by Vodafone Essar ltd. and IIEPL.
