Fraudulent Billing by Vodafone

Vodafone No. 9953656018 was not in use for more than one year and Sim Card is lying with me. But Vodafone company says that they received SMS from My Number and they renewed it for the nest year and forwarding legal notice to pay the out standing amount of Rs. 2919/ then further corrected it to Rs. 1776/-.

Once the Sim has not been used for more than one year how can they receive SMS from it. They are certainly playing foul game to cheat and fraudelently demanding money for no reason.
