Mobile is not functioning properly

Hi,

This is Amit Kumar and i have bought a 6622 intex phone on 13th feb '10 from METRO Teleconnect Jind. But i have been totally upset with this product as i have been constantly facing problem. Within few days of buying this phone i approached my shopkeeper in METRO Teleconnect Jind with lot of problems and the phone was repaired, Service center repaired our cellphone 2 or 3 times but again the phone has started giving problem and there are many features which are used to sell the mobile which are not functioning. Then i gave my phone in service center (SAINI MOBILE REPAIR) for replace (Date of 21 aug). My service order no. is R1008f0236531. but till date i have got no any replacement. Plz solve my prob. as soon as possible.
