Charging cost from airtel, after recharging with rs 47 msg card

Hi,

i am sourav, a customer of airtel.i have recharged with rs 47 yesterday, it is a massage card.it has the facility to sent 500 local sms per day for 30 days.bt in my case airtel is charging rs 1, i mean normal rate.
