Security deposit not refunded back - since nov'06

I have discinnected the mobile no 9871724050 in nov' the full and final settlement amount is Rs 1574.25 (Airtel to refund). I am n follow up with airtel since then, but every time they say, they have sent the cheque, but actually they have never sent as i have never received the refund cheque, also when i cal the customer care executives, they didnot attend the case properly and disconnects the call. I have even reistered the case with CORE (an online consumenr grivence site run by Ministry of consumer affars), but noone is working on that complaint.pls help me in getting the reufnd back
