Not activating of pre paid SIM

Dear sir/mam,

This is to request you that I bought a AIRTEL pre paid SIM (no-09634562349) on date 3 April from BUNTY MOBILE SHOP, PREM NAGAR DEHRADUN, UTTRANCHAL, INDIA. and since that day my put going is not being activated.

The shop owner also tried a lot but they people are neither activating my SIM nor returning my photo id, more over when I called to AIRTEL office on 10th April at 1:53 pm to a no 0997183666 (as given by shop owner), a lady picked my call and said that she is not bothered about any complaint and did not tell her name.

I humbly request you to please take some corrective measures as soon as possible.
