I had bought unlimited plan of Mobile Office for 401 Rs. at 23rd January. Since 1st February, I am getting charged 30 paisa/50 KB from main balance. I have talked to their customer care center for about 6 times, every time they say problem will be resolved in 48 hours. My cell phone setting are fine, as I use MO since last 4 months or so.

I even had talked to Nodal officer, who said that problem will be resolved on or before 8th February. It's 13th February now, and when I try to call Nodal Officer, I always hear a voice saying that the officer is busy attending other call. How come that happen all the time during the day? Also, as balance is reduced even when we hear such recorded message, which only discourages a customer from calling Nodal Officer again and again.

So, I conclude that they won't refund my money, and they are apparently now able to fix the problem. I am scammed for at least 300 Rs. and have lost a lot of time talking to customer care etc.
