Hi Team,

I have taken a new number from a Airtel Agent in bangalore (9008995160). i Submitted my driving license photo copy and the passport size photograph as a proof documents. Number got activated with 2 hours and i start using the mobile number and did recharge of that number. After 4 days i got a message from airtel that they are going to stop my services as my they didn't receieve th documents proof and if i need to restart my services i need to submit that again. I went to the agent and talked about it he told he already submitted but being on safer side he asked me give one morecopy of same documents and he resumbmitted that. my services restarted after 6 hours and i start using my number again. after three days again my services got stopped when i talked to the customer care they told as your documents are not recieved we have stopped and now your number is deactivated and you need to take a new number and your available balance is gone. i feel very bad as i was using airtel number from last ten years in my previous resident state Madhya pradesh and the way in which Indira Nagar Airtel relationship office customer care officer talk is really bad. i want to ask if i have not submitted my documents properly why they started my number and if they want to deactivate my number atleast they need to intimate me. I never receieved any calls from any customer care officer. Anyway please help me if you can, anyway i want to shre the airtel bad behaviour with me even though it was not at all my fault. I am now never going to use airtel such a bad service provider.
