Dear Concern,
In month of July I had taken portability of my mobile number 9890161155 from Bharti Airtel to Vodafone as better corporate plan was being provided by Vodafhone.
I had cleared my all due payments pending with Airtel and as per Airtel as on 02.09.2011 no bill amount is due. On 22.09.2011 Vodafone barred the number without intimation. When i called the customer care no of Vodafone at "111" the customer care executive spoke very rudely and said as the number has been barred from airtel so I need to contact airtel office VODAFONE cannot help in this case. I told him that AIRTEL confirmed me that all my dues are cleared so please check with airtel. But the excutive was not agree to listing any thing and he said to enquire at airtel office only.
Why am i being suffered for miscommunication between two serviceproviders & please help me. I had a conference call with AIRTEL Customer care officer no 9970457117 and Vodafone Customer care office 9823107601 to clear that no bill is outstanding towards airtel which was confirmed to vodafone then also as per vodafone airtel has barred my no 9890161155 why???
