I am a BSNL 3G subscriber and have been contacting the BSNL customer care department for Internet related issues and Voice Mail for several days now but never receive a positive response from them. Everytime I call them I get the same answer that the Internet Problem will be resolved within 24hours. The worst part is they will never provide you a complaint number and do not even listen to the actual problem a customer is facing and just bother reading out a script for a resolution.

I travelled to Delhi and UP 2 weeks back and needed the Internet service to work and kept calling the customer care for a resolution and never got one.

BSNL has a automated service which will ask you to rate the customer service everytime I have rated it extremely bad but still it does not help as no one is ready to listen to the customers and provide them a solution.

I have launched a complaint on 13th of Jan’10 which is still outstanding: Complaint Number: CH1301103365

Another complaint number is: CH29012010125.

(Here is a list of executives I have spoken to: Shalini, Alice, Mercy, Prabhu, Sangeetha, Sam) Not even a single executive listens to customer problem and has a resolution to the issues a customer is facing.

Now I am not even able to send out messages from my phone, please suggest the best way to get this issue resolved.
