POOR SERVICE AND IGNORANT OF COMPLAINT

I am using airtel from last 2 yrs. we all in family are airtel users. we shifted to new home and we find that in that area there is no network coverage we can't talk on phone inside our home we have to go on road to talk. not only us but other also in our soc are facing this prob, i had given comp several times to customer care but after 3 months duration yet no response from my complaint. we are missing important calls in our home area. my comp no. is 14287019
