I have been charged Rs. 653 for using airtel live, which i have never used. Even it got automatically activated on my connection, i have never applied for that. When I asked customer care, at that time they said, "need not to worry, even though it is activated on your number, but it will be charged only when you download something". And now they have charged me for that and not ready to waive it.
