Address verification not done properly

My no 9920639441 disconnected more than 4 times due to Address verification negative issue. all time I went to Vodafone Cetre Dombivli branch and they make a reverification request and I gave 2 alternative nos 9920260890 and 9930627873. I didn't get call from Verification team. today my no got disconnected... verification negative line disconnected but I want to know the answers for these questions...

1). My another Two nos 9820250425 and 9930627873 verification is cleared by your team they found my adress.

2). I am getting bill for mynos... if address is not clear how it is possible.

3). my 3 coneection having the same name, address, plan.
