Unnecessory balance deduct by cricket pack which is not register by me

Hello team,

I am facing some problem from Airtel / Prepaid Service Provider. They deducted my balance unnecessory from last month for cricket service pack which is not subscribed by me. They deducted 5 Rs. daily from last month & also i done complaint with customer care but no response from them.

Now the Airtel is very "Ghatiya" service provider in celluler companies. Please kindly help in this issue.
