This is with regards to my subscription with your services starting 21st Dec ’10. I am very disappointed in the manner the services were sold against what has been promised. I was promised lead against my subscription on the date which was been told in fact I called you several times I hope there is no point doing that.

With this disappointment failing the above promised services I am being left with no other option other than knocking the doors of the law.

Try to resolve it and revert it sir so we will close the issue.
