Airtel prepaid cheats

Dear Sir

I kalpana jha ..have a airtel prepaid number 919006767797..have recharged ..for a value of Rs.3000.talktime Rs.2700 .transaction Id 1423163761.on 2nd March .at relationship center at ghaziabad ..vaishali ..Then I had international roaming activated on it ..and got my sim card from ranchi relationship center ..started using the sim in australia ..only in coming calls are allowed ..within 5 days... i received only five calls ..less than a minute ..and 15th april was last time i received calls .asked for balance ..it said 34.70 .How is it possible .at 99 rupees per minute, still the balance would have been around 2400 .I have been cheated ..where is the balance gone ..for me ..a small time villager... 3000 rupees is too much ..i want my balance back ..why i have been cheated ..can you explain ..please refund my money ..airtel owe me explanation...
