Unauthorized bill charge

My mobile number is 9003535330. For my personal reasons I shifted from airtel to aircel. After mobile portability I received a bill amount of Rs.666. I paid the bill amount and I've a receipt for that. But after a month I got a call saying that I haven't paid my outstanding amount. I told them I cleared all of my outstanding amount. After that I got a notice asking me to pay a sum of Rs.1200. I have no clue why did they charge me after I changed my network. Contact me via email: adithyavicky@gmail.com
