Number is blocked

Hallo,

we bought a simcard with internet in Rishikesh.

It was working fantastic... till Pushkar.

Suddenly everything was blocked. We can not call, neither internet.

Shops there were telling our simcard was broken. But we did nothing and

could not see anything. On the ariport they told us even, that the number

was from Aircel. But on the card you can read Airtel. We bought it also

from Airtel. Now, here in Goa your employers in Mapusa are very desinterested.

They would not look at the card and they said only, we had to buy another one.

By asking if the card would do it also in the north of India they said no. There

we had to buy another one. That can not be true or??? Every state we

have to buy another simcard. Nobody wants to help us in your shops.

At the other side we met a businessman and he told he could phone and

internet all over India with Airtel. How////////??? he yes and we no...

Can you tell us more??
