Wrong calls

Dear Sir

Our landline #04635-260012,

we have received frequent wrong calls in late nights. We have fixed a caller ID to find out the numbers.

but that particular call did not shown in our caller ID. hope the caller may be used some other technic to hide their number.

we made a call to kalakad bsnl exchange (04635-260999) and talk to Junior Engeneer for above clarification.

He said, they also don't have fecility to find out that no. so he could not do anything more.

Now, we are helpless.

pls let us know, what should we do to avoid such distrubance. the old age peoples distrubed a lot.

we are waiting for your guidence to move further.
