Always there is balance deduction 4 no reason

Sir/madam plz help me.i m always facing the problem of balance deduction. and if i contact them, than they say i have activated sum service and later on they refund it back... sir i m 100% sure i never activate any unknown service... i think at least 25 to 30 times I have faced this problem.sometimes they never refund it back... sir plz help me. and you see that they will not take Revenge from me... and 1 thing more, sir i always ask 4 refund that is why they blocked my IVR means i m unable 2 call them... 2day my balance got deducted of rs 35 and they are saying that they will refund it on 29th

sir plz help me... sir plz dont make it a big issue... i m felling scared
