Mobile tower installation

Dear sir,

The company Khan Gold care publish a ads in local news paper sakal about installation the mobile tower. I read that news in Sakal paper & submit my docs in company. Then I paid DD of Rs.3700 which is registration fees.after 10days noc letter come my home i fulfill NOC & attach DD of Rs 2500 . Then Mr. avinash who is the employ of KGC told me that survey will be done on 4 of june. But no one come for survey. I also E-mail to mr. Raman But dont reply. It means It is Fraud.

so my request is that plz solve the matter.
