NO CONNECTIVITY TO MOBILE PHONE

WE ACCEPTED MANIKJOD OFFER FLOTED BY BSNL AND A CONNECTION WAS RECEIVED (NO.9432350135) AGAINST LANDLINE NO 033-25616034. WE ARE RECEIVING BILLS FOR THE MOBILE CONNECTION FROM BSNL ON EVERY MONTH AND PAYING THEM REGULARLY. BUT THERE IS NO NETWORK AVAILABLE IN MY HOME AT GARULIA, DAKSHINPARA, DIST. 24 PARGANAS (N) WITHIN JURISDICTION OF KOLKATA TELEPHONES (where the landline is installed). I WANT DISCONNECTION.

This is to further add that in Dakshinpara, all the BSNL subscribers are surrendering their CELLONE connections for the non-cooperation from the BSNL authority as no NETWORK is available here since the long days and months.
