Non-repairing of dead telephone

My land line telephone No. (033) 25883618 is lying dead since 8.11.2010. I tried to docket the telephone on 8.11.2010 but in vain. On 9.11.2010 I docketted the telephone by automatic fault booking system vide No. N-2981. On contact it has been reported that telephone is dead due to cable theft. Till date (15.11.2010) the telephone is lying dead for which I am in great agony and not able to use broad band as well.
