Faulty telephone and broad band for more than 2months

Dear Sir,

My Telephone with broad band connection (25293372) is faulty (out of order) since 29/06.Even though continuously requesting, no step has been taken by till now.

If you cannot rectify the fault of my line, kindly surrender my line return back my security deposit. Or you are requested not to deduct the rental charges of both landline and broad band for the faulty days.

This kind of negligence from the Govt. sector is never tolerable.
