Wrong comitment on STD

Dear Sir/Mam
My self shamsher ali i booked a airtel mobile no.-9560599722. At the time of booking, the executive who came comitted me that my STD charges is 50 paisa/min. But after activation when i search the call rate by customer care i found that my STD charges is 1 Rs/min. This is wrong commitment by your side.
Kindly reduce my STD call charges immediately otherwise i will disconnect this postpaid no.
