Not picking up the call

I brought an ticket in redbus.com from bangalore to coimbatore on 02/08 at 11.15 volvo a/c multi axil from bangalore-bommanahalli

I tried to call the customer care no 080 42085298 and 080 32933999 for check-in at bangalore-kalasipalayam. But no response till now

customer service is very poor in KPN travels
