Airtel Prepaid
Sim card stopped working suddenly

I have taken a new Airtel Prepaid Connection (9831200873) on 11th August from Kolkata. Now today (28.10.2012) i woke up and found "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" on my mobile. I tried calling from another mobile it says "THIS NO DOSENT EXISTS". I called up customer care thay said " THIS NUMBER HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR LAST 6 MONTHS HENCE THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED, YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A NEW CONNECTION". I fail to understand what is my fault. I have even recharged for Rs 200 on 12th August.

Pls look into the matter and resolve ASAP. It's affecting my business a lot.
