Land line complain

My land line is dead from last 5 days and i had already complained for it several times through phone (on this no.26461200) but the lady who receives the phone is extremely rude and unacknowledged person so m very angry about the service and thinking to cancel the connection... again the public sector is proved less customer oriented and cheap than private sector...
