Out of ordeer due to cable fault as informed by Complain section

My telephone no is 0353-2521575 which is remained out of order since March'2011.Initially It is thought that it's a board's problem & waited for 10-12 days. Then raised complain. But the cable fault repairing job as informed by complain section is not carried out till date. To cater best service, Due to yhis problem, self compelled to acquire one BSNL post paid mobile 725plan (no-9434031575).

KINDLY REPAIR THE PHONE'CABLE LINE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND MAKE THIS LANDLINE PHONE AS INCOMING CALL PHONE. ONLY AND CHANGE THE TARIFF ACOORDINGLY.
