Not Able to do any thing regarding my under waranty period mobile

Sir, I am manish kumar purchased a mobile set Lava A-9 in may. But i didnt use hand set for a week. i went to service center many times for this i expend much money, but they cant solve my problem. And now my handset is in the lava service center (ideal service center, sec-15, noida) from august to till date. and after two month they dont able to solve my problem. So please help me i am not able to purchase new mobile.
