Unsuscribe the love tips service from my phone

My prepaid bsnl phone with number 094121177239 got one sms on 5th Feb saying that your phone has been activated by the love tips sms service and Re 1/- per day will be deducted from your prepaid balance daily. But I have not subscribed this above mentioned service. Therefore, I request you that kindly, unsubscribe the love tips sms service from my phone number as soon as possible because already Rs. 6/- have been deducted from my prepaid balance.
