I have a Reliance walky home phone with following details.

I am Using a Walky home phone till 3 years. But one problem that am facing still 3 months that call diverting option cant be activated on this phone and also on this no. Its very importane for me to divert call from home phone to my mobile. But the same process cant be successd till now. I have contacted to Customer care 15 times. During call they some times told me to call after some time, our system problem is going on, then i called back, they assured me that my problem will be solved within 24 hours.
Thsi type of assurance they given me for 10 time and also provide me the complaint no 7 time .the following complaints no s are provided below.

Some one from your side visited my home for replacing the battery and assured that the same problem will solved, but the same problem continue. After they also replace the walky with another one, after also the problem continue.

I called him with my problem, But he replied me that he had no time for my problem. He cant solved my problem. Also he told that they have no time to solve customer problem. I dont know what type of employee you having who had no time to solve customer problem. Then what kind of service you are provide. I lost my faith on reliance. Reliance telephone Home Phone ya mObile only a froud one. Which only know how to deduct money from and how to take money from customer but dont aware about the service, Thsi one is the last mail, After this i cant call or maild. I only take action with TRAI.
