Mother board problem

Dear Sir,

I am G Das Babu, i bought a LG GB220 mobile on 12-06.One month back a had a problem and i went service center over here, after checking they said that mother board is fialed.they send it to LG companey with job no. RNA110205019615 dated 05-02-11.up to now i am not recived any conformation of repair or re deliver of my mobile.while asking to the service center pepole they are not responding properly.i am sturgling alot with lose of my mobile, i request you to take nessaccary action.
