My WiFi no 03360282699_DSL was installed in march and I applied for shifting to my new address in April. Company informed inability to install in new address for tech reasons and asked for option to continue service or disconnect. Since I already shifted I asked to disconnect. But even after several months it seems no action taken inspite of several reminders and online complaints too and also assurances by cust care reps. I am fed up and seriously thinking of migrating my 2 cell nos I hv been using several years.
