Hi,

This is Mohammed Imran Pro of "ALYSSA" Ladies Cloth Showroom. i have booked a Reliance land-line telephone last month (mid of October). I have received the handset with all these details (S.K.U: FWPPP006026 SL.NO: RPSUKOOO3200969 MDN NO : 4032587304) but unfortunately the line has been disconnected. I have submitted the ID proof (twice) to Reliance web world office at MCM Mall, Opp GPO, Abids, Hyderabad. I have contacted near about 10 to 20 times on daily basis to Mr Naresh Team leader (mobile no of Mr.naresh 9390999918) but he is not solving my problem. To whom should i contact for this situation? I want to make a complain.
