Poor service!

I personally gave a request to shift phone from Shantinagar to Kasavanahalli, Bellandur on 21st July. A work order 7304751 was issued on 27/7/07 in the BSNL office near my area. Unfortunately still nothing was done. I call then BSNL office nearly daily they keep the phone engaged without talking, so that they don't answer any calls. If by chance I get hold of anyone they give some excuse that it will be done today or tomorrow. The office is so out of my regular way, otherwise I would have gone and sat there in there office. It is very sad that a State which is thought to be best in IT, I think is loosing its charm!
