BSNL Bangalore landline
Dead phone for long time

Every month I will have my land line phone dead. Prompt complaint addressed at dead slow space. This time my phone is dead over 12 days. Promptly registered a complaint on tele-complaint system of BSNL. Nothing happened so far.

In this age of fast moving tele-world, so pathetic is BSNL service. I am thinking of returing my landline and go for mobile or other service provider.
