NON ACTIVATION/NON FUNCTION OF MOB NO 9018818101

Respected Sir, I had given Rs 500.00 in cash and applicatyion form to get postpaid Reliance Mobil Connection on 12 Nov to your Agent named Varinder Singh at Srinagar. His mob No is 9018454132. On 14 Nov 09 I proceeded on leave to Delhi carrying SIM in Mobil set. On 18 Nov 09 the reliance SIM was activated and I made 2 calss on 18 Nov 09 and one call on 19 Nov 09. On 19 Nov 09 after my call, a message "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED" appeared on the screen. Thereafter till date my connection is not activated and not in service. After making a laot of efforts to your Reliance Shop and so many dealers, no any fruitful resuslt achieved. Here charge for new connection Rs 320.00 is being taken by retail shop for Postpaid Reliance connection. Whereas Mr Varinder Singh has taken a sum of Rs 500.00. I am being deprived since 19 Nov 09 till date to avail the newly Reliance connection. Please take two action immeduiately for your good reputation:-

1. Activate my mob No 9018818101 immediately and

2. Why Mr Varinder Singh has taken Rs 500.00 instead of Rs 320.00 for new connection?

There is no correct informatrion is being given to the customer through documentary proof.
