58888 SMS service
Repeated monthly charges of Rs.30

Complaint booked in May-10 does not fetch result so far. The 58888 service is charging Rs.30/- repeatedly every month to my Mob No.9447964388 of BSNL Postpaid. When message reply 'UNSUB' is sent to 58888 reply is received as ' Sorry you are not subscribed for any service. The rcovery of subscription @ Rs.30/- to be stopped with immediate effect and amount already recovered to be refunded.
