PORT OUT

I have applied for PORT OUT from LOOP to IDEA.After few days of port out application I got sms from LOOP that I can not port out because some value added service is activated. So I called up Loop CC where I was informed that WAP was activated, later on I disabled it. Then again same issue occur. I again called LOOP CC and I got answer that I need to come to base plan for PORT OUT.And for coming in base plan I need to send sms BASE to 50505.The same sms I sent multiple times but I am getting replied that "your request to deactivate plan is invalid pls call CC". And when I am talking to LOOP CC for the same everytime I have been informed different types of answers, and as of now my SIM has not transferred to BASE plan.

If possible kindly help me into this. So I can port out easily.
